Hey you! Yes you! Do you want to design a hat that is not expensive? If you do, keep reading!

Learning Intention: We are learning to write follow the structure of a procedure.
Success Criteria: I know I can do this when I write the materials and the six steps for making a paper hat in order.

Materials:
A4 Paper
Colouring materials

Method:
1)  Fold the paper in half vertically, make sure all the edges are lined up but make sure the open side of the paper is facing you.
2)  Find the centre of the fold so you will know where to fold the corners to.
3)  Then fold the top left and right corners to the middle of the paper but make sure your paper is vertical and all the edges are all lined up.
4)  Make sure that the folded paper is open at the end were the corners are not folded to.
5)  Carefully fold the two bottom flaps up on each about 2 1/2 cms and glue them so they stick together.
6)  Design your hat with paint, coloured tape, colouring pencils, markers or washi tape.

Once you have finished designing your paper hat, you can now wearing it anywhere you want to. Enjoy!
