Getting smart with money!!

Hurray!! I am going to learn how to save money!!

Today Tessa from ASB-Get wise came to my school. When she walked in we greeted her. Then Tessa showed us how to look after or save money.

After that she brought her friend in. We had to close our eyes and make a drum roll. When we opened our eyes, Tessa was a coach and said "Sup Im P.T " and everyone started to laugh.

We had to time travel to see thing about why we need money. We have to say time travel 3 times.

She changed into different characters. I like her as a cave woman, because she said ehh,yuck and eww, and she was trading Mammoth tasks for food.

After that she told us a chant. It goes like this, When you earn some money, what do you do? spend some on you and save some 2. She also taught us a dance that goes with the chant.

We did lots of fun activities. She was funny and so cool,  I cracked up I didn't want it to stop. 

Later on she gave us wrist bands. It was grey, with ASB-Get wise, start saving now logo. Ka ching!! She gave us 21 bands.

Finally she grabbed her bag and said "that's it for the day, good bye everyone.
